Purchased April 2017, was a decent watch for a couple of months until the crown came out while adjusting the time, which you have to do frequently as it does not really hold much of a charge (maybe mine was faulty). Problem was when shipped off under warranty to be repaired by Seiko the repair cost was greater than just buying an entire new one; so what's the point of having a warranty if it doesn't cover anything? To add insult to injury shipping is charged to have the broken watch shipped back. The problem is that it keeps time on two second intervals...you can see the second hand tick twice every time so the watch speeds up constantly. Barely a year old. Poor customer service from Seiko , definitely wouldn't buy from them again. They are an insult to the watch industry, This is the second problem I had with them...no more ever. If you want solar go Citizen Echo Drive...or Casio G shock.....I have 3 of them and have had zero issues with all.
