Before I write this review, you may read up about wormwood. I use it in small amounts for radiation treatment because in SMALL dosage, it helps stimulate appetite. Talk about it with your pharmacist and doctor. The capsules are easy to swallow with no taste going down, but don't take it with something fizzy because it tastes terrible if it comes back up.
