Daiwa Kage SV 150 Casting Reels

A compact reel for freshwater and inshore fishing applications, the Daiwa Kage SV150 Casting Reel features Daiwa’s premiere Hyperdrive design concept which provides a long-lasting super smooth rotation with each turn of the reel handle. Super efficient at transferring power, the hyperdrive digigear makes the Kage SV150 feel smoother, and more powerful, while reducing gear noise and wear. Built with a two-bearing support system for the pinion gear which eliminates side-to-side movement resulting in a smoother and more powerful gear set with a direct transfer of power. 

Featuring an SV spool that gives anglers the ability to cast both lightweight and heavy lures, the SV Concept spool is also perfect for braided lines and is made of Super Duralumin for a lighter weight with increased strength. Enhanced with corrosion-resistant ball bearings (CRBB), the Kage’s bearings are shielded to seal out sand, fine grit, salt crystals, and other abrasives for a long life that’s 12 times more resistant to corrosion than typical ball bearings. Equipped with the TWS T-Wing System to reduce line flow restriction, the Daiwa Kage SV150 Casting Reel boasts an Automatic Tournament Drag that’s fine-tuned to react more quickly and eliminate tension inertia for the best performance when fighting fish.
