Outside Dimensions 5-1/4" x 13-1/4" These Contemporary floor registers and vent covers have a plated finish. Plated floor register vent covers have a protective lacquer coating. All Contemporary floor registers come with an adjustable heavy duty aluminum damper. If desired, the metal heavy duty aluminum damper can be removed. You will be able to turn the 4 x 12 floor register vent covers into sidewall vent covers by using wall clips (sold separately). Sizes given are the actual hole size needed for floor or sidewall vent cover to be inserted into. Actual faceplate will be larger. Simple drop-in-style installation.
