Defective product and bad customer service

The table top detached from the leg after just a few weeks, their best service was to have me buy a 10$ glue to put it back together, I accepted since I wanted to avoid the hassle of replacing the whole thing. They offered a 80$ refund if I accept the glue idea. Tell me why these people are threatening me to give them a five stars review in order to proceed with the refund that they offered? Mind you the table being defective caused my whole dinnerware and tabletop decorations to break, yet I did not let that bother me.
