On the 23rd of March I ordered four (4) smoked mackerel. Having been born and raised in the Netherlands I was very excited to be able to order them through Walmart from your company saying that " We having the best imported foods from around the world " I have for years ordered from a Dutch store from MI and thought I would give you a try, which turned out to be a mistake.
The fish arrived after four days of shipping with only two small icepacks in a warm condition via FedEx. The next day I was anxious to have one for lunch, only to find out that even a sharp knife would not cut the skin and that there was no way to separate the bones from the meat; it was one big blob. Also, removing the big blob from the skin was like removing the sole from a shoe. Needless to say, it was impossible to eat even though the smoked smell was wonderful.
I tried to return the fish and the three unopened fish to Walmart but they would have nothing of it, and they told me to get on line and write you. I have tried to call you several times and left a detailed message but have yet to hear back. They just don't care about what they are selling to public, there products are not fresh or SAFE to use and eat.
Please tell me what to do with the fish and refund my money . If you need to talk to me about it, call me. Your pro
