How to Use Pulsetto Charge Your Device Fully charge Pulsetto with the included USB-C cable before first use. Prepare for Your Session Sit or lie in a comfortable position. Apply a small amount of conductive gel to all four electrodes. Place the device around your neck with the electrodes resting gently near your throat. Turn On & Connect Press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns on. Open the Pulsetto App (iOS & Android) and connect via Bluetooth. Select the program that matches your goal (Relaxation, Sleep, Focus, or Stress Relief). Start a Session Each program delivers a unique stimulation pattern, intensity, and duration. You’ll feel a gentle tingling sensation. If your neck muscles contract, readjust the device and/or lower the intensity in the app. After Use Power off and remove the device. Wipe electrodes with a soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry place until next use. Recommended Routine Use daily in the morning and before bedtime for best results. Evening sessions help support deeper sleep. Morning or midday sessions enhance focus and stress relief. ⚠️ Safety Note: Pulsetto is safe for most users. It surprisingly works good
I really didn't think it would work. It doesn't massage or have a carrying case just the box it came in. I got it because I'm a chronic insomniac. I sleep every 3 days! It didn't help with that yet but it did make it so I sleep without waking up 5 times a night. I got my first 8 hrs nonstop sleep. It also helped with my back pain. My spine is literally crumbling and have several slipped, herniated, compressed and missing discs. Dr refuses to give me pain meds so I figured I'd try this. I was shocked that it worked so well. U have to use the gel to feel the zapping to the nerve. However it is not comfortable to wear! The two pieces that touch the nerves also jam into your jaw making it hurt to the point u can't wear it for long. Maybe it's my jaw/ neck ratio. Overall it's a good product but too expensive! The price needs to come down to be available to more people.
