[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was truly impressed with this product. I would definitely recommend. They are easy to take with you on the go. You can take them without food or water which is a big plus for me. You just let them dissolve under your tongue. You just dispense 5 pellets into the cap by twisting it, and drop them under your tongue. I would definitely love to try some of the other different ones They have for different symptoms.
