First of all these cameras are NOT wireless like the description says. But to make those matters worse, the plugs that come with them are not very long in cable length and are not going to work with our 9 foot ceilings unless there is a plug halfway up the wall, which of course is not the case. Can't find any instructions......even on the website all the instructions are for other camera types. Called the customer service number and it was just a computerized voice giving an e-mail address. Going to be returning these.
