Yes but no ☹️

On the first pull to start it the pull cord housing broke right off, so in order to start it, had to hold the housing down with one hand and pull the cord with the other. When started we gave it a try to see how the auger blades worked, they did really good digging into the dirt. So for that I'd recommend but also no because the pull cord housing shouldn't have snapped off so easily, probably because the housing is plastic. I would think it should be metal so it can't just snap off the screws, one screw went flying so he can't fine that.
