we are firm believers in using this and have tried other brands and not had any luck with getting better performance like we do with this brand. It is a pricey product but well worth it and honestly its just something that should be done amd used as preventive maintenance. We use this in all of our vehicles and can tell a difference immediately. we pour the bottle in when we are about a little less than a quarter of a tank. Weve never had issues with smoke but have heard other family that used it when they noticed some smoke from the tailpipe and it cleared it up. Reliability and consistency is something that we rely on when it comes to products we use in our vehicles and this formula is tried and true and dependable as it comes.
