good but. . . .
Problem is the inserts' used to mount it. Using 2x12 steps they pop out the bottom and fail to tighten . My old man decided to test my railing. While he was fine and did not fall even seemingly intentionally falling on it and putting his entire weight on it, it does now have a 1mm wiggle either way off center. It worked,,,, once. but what really needs to happen is it be removed, glue another bit of 2by material the side of each footing and then put new inserts in and tighten it properly so it works twice. The inserts are deformed preventing me from performing this fix. And it still works, just wiggles and is whispering "Dont do that again pls" . While this IS my fault for the install some smaller inserts or a note to only install in cement if thats the case would have won a 5 star review. . Oddly it came with a masonry bit. It did its job. its really high quality for the cost. But it needs hardware for installing into 2x steps.
