Mirror is not clean, foggy and blurry

Mirror is very foggy and not clear. I tried to clean it to make it shiny and reflective but its not working also it has too many lines going. we are not able to see clearly from mirror and its dark and blurry. Seller is not responsive. I tried contacting him to check on thia issue and also to confirm whether we got defective mirror but no reply from him since last 4-5 days after sending the query. Wiithout mirror we really don't have any use of the vanity. packing and everything came nice but because of mirror it spoiled everything. Either privide us the solution or we might initiate an return. Open to change my review if seller share communicate and share the resolution.
