im 6'0" and this Frisby fis-101 xlarge infrared IR FAR sauna is to small for me. I only recommend if under 5'10" tall others than that you want fit very comfortably.

I'm 5'10" and it's a little tight. I had to get a much shorter stool and sit cross legged in order to get completely inside the unit. For the money though it works great. I can already tell a positive difference in my circulation, skin tone and overall health from using. It's also excellent to relax you. I like to sit for about 20 to 30 minutes prior to bedtime, shower off then get quiet in a dark room for a great nights sleep.
