Passionflower + Lemon balm + Tulsi

The Gaia 'relax gummies' and their 'sleep gummies' are more or less interchangeable for me. Both have great, natural ingredients. I find these work just as well for sleep as the actual sleep gummies do. The ingredients of all the Gaia gummies are incredible, and more healthy/natural than any other gummies I've ever seen before.Ingredients:*450mg passionflower extract - sedative effects, can promote sleep and relaxation*195mg Lemon balm juice powder - very relaxing, improves memory and promotes sleep. I love lemon balm, it's my very favorite herb for anxiety and helping me fall asleep.* Less than 12mg tulsi - Very small amount, won't really have any effectsThoughts:These are very relaxing, and work great for sleep or for just taking the edge off during a stressful day. The taste is surprisingly good considering the high concentration of herbs in the gummies. You won't find stress/relaxation gummies with healthier ingredients than these.

I love these! Almost too much.

This is such a wonderful combination of calming herbal ingredients: passionflower, lemon balm, & holy basil. They also taste great. I can't think of anything else to compare them to, but these key herbs infused with the other supporting ingredients result in a very lovely flavor. It is almost too good because I find myself wanting to treat myself to these multiple times a day! Of course, that would be fine since there is no real daily dosage or limit. These are gentle, supportive herbs well known for their relaxing qualities.It is nice to have something to go to as a reminder of your intent to be calm, to let things go, and then trust that these gentle herbs are supporting you in that process as well.

Good night's sleep but a drawback too

I have had the opportunity to try these gummies and another type of Ashwagandha gummies from this brand. These have a different taste from the others but it's also somewhat of an intense taste. It has a bit of a licorice tea type of taste...but even then, I drink tea with licorice in it regularly and like it, though it is a bit different. Basically- I will finish the bottle because I know the supplements from this brand work. However, I don't plan to buy the gummies when I run out. I'll stick with the 'regular' form. They do help me relax though. I like taking them a bit before bed and it helps me get a good night's sleep! Came sealed-up well though they sat on my porch for a bit in the heat and were hot and sticky when I opened them and many were clumped together
