Although some complain about the way this product is applied because it is a mascara wand rather than an eyeliner brush I find it very easy to use. Even though it's a mascara wand the product still gets down to the skin to work on those hair follicles. I've use this brand for years and it is reliable. It thickens up my lashes and I get incredible length. I actually noticed new hairs coming in which had not grown in a while. My lashes have found a lot since I've gotten older. With other products I think the lashes get much longer but I don't see them getting any thicker. This does both and it brings a little color back to the lashes.
