I was not too sure about Tung Tongue Gell because I had never tried anything like it. I do like the taste, and I also like that my tongue did feel the difference with the first use. However, I made the mistake of using the Tong brush way too vigorously and I caused some bleeding on my tongue the first time I used it. I now follow the given instructions of starting from the back of the tongue and brush gently to the tip of the tongue for no more than 10 seconds. It also says I can repeat if needed. This has worked for me. Great product. I recommend using it two to three times a day for better results. Once in the morning, then in the afternoon and once before bed.
