Five principles of pot care:

1. Clean it immediately after use, dry it at low heat, and apply oil for maintenance. If it is not used for a long time, dry it, apply oil, and store it in a dry environment.

2. If the oil film is unstable, try reducing the cooking time. Steamed and starchy ingredients may leak. Don't worry if a leak occurs; it won't affect the use of the iron pan.

3. Remove food immediately after cooking. Do not store water or vegetables overnight, as this will cause rust.

4. Wrought iron pans conduct heat quickly. It is recommended to heat the pan over medium-low heat and then pour cold oil into the pan to grease the food.

5. When scrubbing the pot, avoid using steel wool for vigorous scrubbing, as this can easily damage the unstable oil film
