I used it over 3 days. Once opened, refrigerator...it does not say anything for nor against putting back in fridge. I asked if it needed refrigerated... company said no .. I used a thick level of water on first batch....then added a small amount on each day as it was already mixed.

I like this

I felt like some quick pancakes at home, but also didn't want to have to measure out a ton of ingredients in mixing bowls to have a big mess to clean up. This accomplished it all very quickly and I was able to mix it and pour in the container it comes in. Very handy and quick and tasty.
