Perfect for anytime of day. Great with oat milk or regular milk. I also prefer Soylent powder or Soylent premade original protein meal shakes with it instead of milk. Also enjoy adding bananas, nuts and cherries. Sometimes Greek yogurt. This is by far my most favorite granola!
