Since no one has written anything on here yet (not sure why) i need to say that it is a very low couch. The back rest is really low (I'm 5'1 and it goes to my shoulder blades). It is really soft, love the tactic and storage (which is a how why I bought it). I got lucky with my boyfriend and I both being pretty short. Laying on it is so comfy. It's tally nice and firm. My bf is about 5'6 and he can lay totally flat on it which is what he's been wanting to do but our other couch was too short. I can't even imagine a normal sized person let alone a 6' person in this couch though.... it would totally look like kid furniture.
