High quality, channel bottomed pan.

Bought one pan to try on new induction burner, and another 1/2 the cost that was advertised as Titanium. Returned the “Titanium” pan as it came with warning of Teflon and other chemicals and it was flaking off on eggs at low temp. But this ceramic T-Fal is perfect. Has groves in bottom to release 13 times longer than regular ceramic. Perfect for my induction burner. No chemical warnings came with it. So happy with this one, I ordered two more. Easy clean, eggs not sticking. Love it.
