Installation Guideline: This type of intercooler requires a proper installation process for optimal engine performance and efficiency. But if you wish to do it yourself then strictly follow the guidelines below:-

• Collect essential tools, such as a socket set, screwdrivers, a torque wrench, hose clamps, safety gloves, and protective eyewear (nothing is included).
• Utilize existing mounting hardware (bolts, screws, washers, etc.) or use new ones (not included).
• Park the vehicle on a flat surface and engage a parking brake before starting.
• Let the engine cool and then disconnect the battery (eliminate the risk of electrical hazards).
• Open the truck’s hood and if required remove any grilles, bumpers, or protective covers for seamless charge air cooler installation.
• CAC is typically adjacent to the radiator. You have to loosen the hose clamps connecting the CAC piping (inlet & outlet).
• Gently pull the intercooler, and be mindful of sensor connections or fittings.
• Place the new charge air cooler and securely attach the inlet & outlet hoses to the new one.
• Securely tighten the bolts in the in-built brackets/mounting holes and attachments for proper alignment with the radiator.
• Check for gaps or misalignment as it may lead to leaks.
• Test the alignment and do the final inspection.

Signs to Replace Charge Air Coolers: Don’t ignore these signs for optimal engine performance. Check the pointers below:-

18-Month Warranty - This product is covered for one year, 100,000 miles after the installation, or 18 months after the purchase, whichever comes first. The product’s warranty is only active when the parts have defective material or workmanship defaults. Inappropriate application will lead to the dismissal of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. If the customer wishes to return/replace this product under warranty, reach out to us. The team will verify by doing a thorough inspection and if they find a defect that is covered in the above-mentioned warranty; the product will be replaced without any charge. We disclaim liability for labor or consequential damages of any nature. We request the customers to wait until the claim is resolved and settled from our end after the replacement is requested under warranty.
