I'm a home baker and makecakes for friends and neighbors. I just did a wedding cake and was hesitant to order clear vanilla based on prior purchases but, needed white icing. I ordered this vanilla and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Has a very good vanilla flavor.

There are times when you bake that you need clear

There are times if you bake that you really need clear vanilla flavoring. Watkins has a good reputation and I agree. I needed clear vanilla, quickly, for an up coming cake. This was reasonably priced and came in a little larger size than I needed but it has been well worth it. Taste is great and it is shelf stable. I am please with this purchase and recommend it to others.

The flavor is spot on. Clear vanilla insures that white cake and frostings are pure white. But using this vanilla is crazy good. Switch to this vanilla for all your vanilla uses, everybody will thank you for it.
