This machine is quiet. It was also easy to install for tenants. The only issue is the amount of square footage the unit covers. The location of this unit is in a living room because that is how construction built the building. You would need another fan or space heater to maximize the air in the living room.

Cooling great and the heater not so great.

The reason I put a 3 star and NO on the recommended is because the heater on it isn't the heat I thought would come out of it. Very poor heat. As for colling it does fine. The comments from others made me think the heat was great but it's not.
