Quarterly bloodwork showed low levels of Vitamin B12. My healthcare provider suggested increasing Vitamin B12 with a high quality supplement. I tested low in B12, likely because I am a vegetarian and take oral contraceptives. I struggle with fatigue, likely as a result of the deficiency. It seems to be helping a little bit, but I haven't been keeping track well enough to know for sure. It also may take more time to see greater impact. But I did choose this brand after quite a bit of looking around to make sure the ingredients were high quality and that the B12 source was methylcobalamin. I am happy I found it and intend to keep using it, hopefully with improved energy.
