I use this every night on our couches, since our dogs are on there too. The first ingredient is peroxide which is safe on material. I learned that from my husband after 25 years a firefighter. They sprayed their bunker clothes with peroxide after a rescue call, to disinfect the clothes. Has a pleasant mild orange smell too.

Product works well on Berber carpet and even upholstery. I wouldn't be without it. You have to blot the stain first or you can let this soak in for a few minutes. Smells good too. Cleaning is relatively easy depending on the substance. I'm usually using it on cat puke on carpet.

The smell is almost a refreshing scent works well for what i needed. If you have bigger sports that need attention you're going to need a lot. But i honestly loved the scent. And i believe it's kid friendly.
