I had to return my

I had to return my fireplace and am waiting on a credit to my account. The item was too small for my space and I decided to go with gas logs instead. They picked it up 2 weeks ago but so far no refund yet They did send me the return label when I requested so I am hopeful this will be resolved as it should

The heat output is amazing.

The heat output is amazing. The lifelike appearance is comforting. This replaced a woodburning insert. I was tired of the mess,ash and soot plus getting firewood cut, stacked, stored, brought to the house, burned, cleaning up was more than I could now handle. This model stated it could/would heat 1000 square feet. I will hope it does! Also have a propane furnace to compensate if the weather becomes extreme.

Electric fireplace

When I received my fireplace I checked everything out and found that there was a mishap while putting the fireplace together and it wasn't up to par for the money spent on it. But I am pleased with how fast and efficiently they resolved the issue.
