Restored Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet 10.8" 64 GB Intel Atom Windows 10 (Refurbished)

I have a friend who has this product and he uses it for drawing. Going to art school I thought it would helpful to have one of my own. The whole reason I bought this windows surface was because it was cheaper than the newest version but also had a pen I could use for art. I got this product with no pen or keypad. Honestly I didn't mind not having the keypad, but there wasn't anything that said the pen was sold separately. Fine, whatever, I bought the pen. Now I'm playing around with the surface trying to figure out how it works and it seemed simply. It was just like a mini laptop but what really started to aggravate me was when the on screen touch keypad wouldn't pop up when I was trying to type. It was making it completely impossible to do anything without having the keypad (that wasn't included.) Before I know it, the battery is on 10%. So I put it on the charger and give it a rest. I come back to it a day later and the battery is still on 6%. The charger doesn't work either. I tried playing with that and the display tells me its not charging as its plugged it. I didn't even pay this much money for a laptop and it works better than this surface 3.
