Zesty Sprouting Mix - Easy to Grow
This is a very quick growing, hardy sprouting mix, crisp and delicious, and very prolific. A mix of three seeds: Clover, Fenugreek and Radish, they have a great taste and texture, smaller and easy to mix into my salads. I have brought several bags for myself and gifted several to the sprouters in my family. Everybody love them!
What a Surprise!
Ok, I bought the Zesty Sprouting Mix and sprouting jar along with a container of Citric Acid more than 10 years ago, since the "Best by" date on the bag was 12/20/2016! Life happened and they got pushed to the back of a deep bottom cabinet shelf and forgotten about. I found them some time ago when I was looking for something else and I FINALLY decided that I had nothing to lose by trying them, despite being nearly 10 years past that date. I followed the directions that came with the sprouting jar (much smaller than the one for sale here) and to my utter amazement, they started sprouting almost immediately! That was 4 days ago, they all appear to have the little "tails" and lots of green leaves. I actually came on the website to learn what to do now and the video was very helpful. I am excited to try them, although I think I will wait another day before the final rinse process. So far, just wonderful!

Zesty Sprouting Mix - I've made several batches now and they have all sprouted. To me, the taste is like a fresh garden green with a slightly vegetable-crunchy texture. I really enjoyed them.
