ASICS Men's GEL-Kayano 31 Running Shoes, Steel Grey/Piedmont Grey, US 8.5 D

I'm a big guy, 6ft4 348 lbs. I have pronation issues which make my feet hurt. I've tried what I call the big 3, Brooks, Hoka and Asics. These Asics are just as good as the Gaviota 5 Hokas. I love these Asics, they are plush and feel so good on my feet, I have zero pain.

I got this style in 3 colors and wow are they a game changer!! I recently went to a sports medicine doctor with a lot of pain in my ankle. Sadly, he told me between my flat feet and unsupportive Gucci loafers, I have created some serious issues. I'm off the loafers til further notice (😫😭) and my doctor told me to wear sneakers that are rated high in support and cushion. After looking at different brands and styles, I tried these. I kid you not, they took away my foot pain by about 95%!!!! I bought 2 more pair and wear these every day. I was limping in pain before, now I'm great! I still wear my loafers at night but for running around all day, only Asics will do! I saw some really pretty pink & silver new balance and bought them strictly based on the color. The claim was that they were supportive and comfortable, but I tried them on right next to the Asics and they were a literal joke. They felt so hard, unsupportive, and definitely no cushion. I had to return them. This shoe holds your foot perfectly so you're walking correctly on a cloud of cushion. Highest recommendation!
