No lights

There are no lights in the tree, even though it's described as pre-lit. In addition, I learned that there is also a “Walmart Protection Plan by Allstate” for electrical failures that I do not remember purchasing. I never purchase these types of plans, but may have done so inadvertently. Regardless of whether or not I intentionally purchased this policy, I have not been able to cancel it online for the last few days. I keep getting an error message telling me to “try again”. It isn't clear who to contact about this, as this was sold by a “Pro Seller.” Lastly, this looked to be a “returned” tree, as the box had clearly been re-taped. I can only assume someone else returned the tree because there weren't any lights.
