Happy I bought it

So happy I bought it. Arrived super quick w/ text updates throughout and was able to pick the box up with one hand it was sooo light! I used it last weekend and I was very happy with it. I was by myself in it and had plenty of room for my 6'3" frame. We even had a good couple of downpours and no water inside.

Best in its class

I had a half share of ownership in a HubbaHubba 2 person tent that I lost during a breakup. I was going to replace it but got the FreeLight2 instead. I love that this tent is just as large and much less wight. The pole system for both these MRS tent lines is the easiest to use and quickest set up I've ever seen. The only comparison where the basic Hubba wins out is in its ability to set up completely freestanding (no need for stake of guy wires at all), where as one end of the FreeLight must be staked, or a trekking pole used to allow it to free stand.

Buy it!!

I borrowed my friend's freelite 2 for a climbing trip in Kentucky and it was the best! We were dry through 2 days of heavy rain. I want to buy my own so I'm anxiously waiting for the stock to be replenished.
