These are a great low carb option that doesn't taste like diet food. Texture is slightly dryer and less flexible than a traditional tortilla. At less than half the calories and 2 grams of carbs I don't notice the difference. The only barrier is the cost. There is absolutely no reason other than greed for these tortillas to be 2x the price.

No weight gain - truly keto

Amazing! I am keto, and thanks to these tortillas, I can enjoy Mexican food again. I use them to make chicken and/or cheese enchiladas. In terms of seasoning, I will pick a green or red enchilada sauce. What I do is I take a casserole dish, spray with non-stick spray. Then, I put some enchilada sauce on the bottom of the dish. I take these low-carb tortillas and I fill with chicken or cheese. I roll them with the filling they are holding so they look like enchiladas. If you used chicken, it should be cooked first. I top with sauce. I cover the dish with the foil and bake like 30 minutes at 350° and then uncover, top with cheese, and cook for 10 more minutes. It’s super yummy low calories and they do not make me gain weight.
