This is a very neat machine. It is easy to use to a point. The directions on how to put it together needs to be a little bit more clearer than just having pictures. As of the tension for the yarn does not hold my yarn at all, it comes out. I could be doing it wrong but I am not sure. So when I wind my yarn I hold the thread so I can get a better cake.
