We're impressed with the induction stove top and oven features. Induction compatible stove-top pans are required, but the speed and control of the heat is worth the extra pan expense. The oven temperature is fully controllable and accurate; and the oven size is generous. The oven racks are not as hefty as others but the slide out rack is easy to use. Note that the stove top is equipped with a safety feature which automatically turns a burner off if it detects someone too close providing warning, "beeping" sound; the user must turn the burner off and on again to continue using the burner. The stove was provided without a required romex cable strain-relief/connector; the LG installation instructions indicate a 1 3/8 inch strain-relief/connector is needed when in fact a 1 inch strain-relief/connector is required. Note that the strain-relief/connector type shown is not available in our area electrical supply houses; and a different style 1" stain relief connector was used.
