The instructions were very helpful in getting the power cage put together took about an hour. All part were included with a few extras in case you needed them. Was packaged good nothing was damaged in shipping. Tried out the pulley system it works great. Looking forward to working out with this power cage

Decent Service, Product Needs Improvement

The power rack has some issues with stability, as the steel feels a bit light and it doesn't sit very solidly on the ground. There are also some minor imperfections, such as chipped paint and small scratches on the bars. However, the customer service was excellent — they responded very quickly and were proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, the product quality could be improved, but the company's support and service are definitely commendable.
