Assembly took about 3 hours, but some of that time was shooing away toddlers, so that could be less uninterrupted. Quality is great so far. We had an issue with the motor that turned out to be self-inflicted. Be sure to keep all legs at the same level. Two of ours were propped up on a rug and caused the columns to get out of alignment. Agilestic support assisted to help us reset all legs and recalibrate the motor. I sent an email and they gave instructions for the fix within a few hours. The support was very fast and helpful. After two weeks using it, I would highly recommend this product. Be sure your monitor stands or arms will fit if purchasing the models with raised monitor platforms. For the manufacturer, my only suggestion would be to allow the "LOC" (locked setting) display to dim after some time without use, as it does on any other setting. The display light can be very bright in a dim room.
