Wow - after struggling to regain my *** drive after coming off of the birth control pill, I can say that these gummies definitely have a positive effect! I follow the instructions on the bottle to take twice daily - I personally take 2 gummies in the early afternoon and 2 at night before bed and it started working for me about half a bottle in!

I have been taking these gummies and after about a few weeks, I can tell a difference. I have more interest in that department and generally feel more energetic and positive. These gummies taste likeLittle cherry candies with a small hint of ginger. I usually take 4 a day and I look forward to them like a daily treat.
