There's a lot of superstitions and opinions about oil All I know is this stuff will stop engine wear. After an engine is broken in switch out to this stuff run a good filter change it every 10,000 mi and your car may run up to $300,000 if there isn't nothing mechanically defective whenever they put it together. when you do tear it down you will not see a bunch of sludge and build up.
