Any time I'm stressed n something going on I take these n calms me right down. only issue i have is price tho. Can't afford it every month n found a different ashwaganda from a vitamin company cheaper, more quantity n has guana in it I believe it is called n that one really helps men in performance n other things as my husband takes it. Could I afford this brand tho I'd be getting bc I like it better.
