One Good Thing Leads to Another!

I recently started taking HCF at the suggestion of someone close to me and to be honest, I wish I'd have started it years ago. I had a career in Law Enforcement for many years and the stress and strain took a toll. Over the past few weeks I've noticed I have a more Optimistic view, and a general sense of Well-Being. Wish I had started these sooner

I have been doing a lot of work from my computer lately and I find it hard to focus on one task instead of jumping from task to task randomly. I was never getting anything accomplished and it seemed I was making things so much harder for myself then they needed to be. I have started these and I don't feel the anxiety associated with trying to focus on one task and complete it before starting another. I knew in my brain that's how I was going to accomplish things before starting these but my anxiety would throw me every time knowing I had so much to do I feel the urgency and lack of focus. These have been terrific and I think I'm going to consider getting some for my adhd son to try. I keep hearing how good they are for add and adhd sufferers!
