Customer must contact Clayton Jewelry Labs at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com within one calendar year of the date of purchase to qualify for the warranty. Warranty covers the following manufacturer defects; broken chains, tarnishing, rusting, corrosion, failed clasps, and frayed fabric. Warranty does not cover unusual wear and tear outside of normal use including but not limited to: use of chemicals (such as use in chlorinated pools**), excessive/harsh washing and destruction (running over with a vehicle, dropping, etc). Photo/s of the defective product must be clear enough to make out the issue. ** Chlorine can destroy the passive film on the surface of the stainless steel, which protects it from erosion. If this film is degraded from excessive or repeated exposure to chlorine, you may start to see rust or discoloration appear over a short period of time.
