Spot welding parameter description:
Preheat pulse: Before the main pulse, it is usually set to 1-10MS (depending on the thickness of the material). Its function is to increase the local temperature of the welding connection (mainly metal sheets) so that it fits the welding parts closely and achieves a good welding effect;
Main pulse: After the preheat pulse, a main pulse will be output to quickly release high energy, so that the connection parts are partially melted and combined with the welding parts;
Interval time: The interval time between the preheat pulse and the main pulse reduces the continuous output time to prevent the output power from being too high and the welding needle from overheating;
Number of consecutive points: The number of times the same welding output can be used to strengthen the welding point. The default value is 1. When welding thicker workpieces, the number of consecutive points can be appropriately increased, but it cannot break through the limit thickness of the weldable workpiece;
