Extremely slow to heat burner plate.
Do NOT buy! Extremely slow to heat burner plate and to heat a small amount of food in a 6" flat stainless fod pan. Use and settings instructions very difficult to understand and apply. I used this hotplate 2 times and must return it because it is not all what it was advertised as. The infrared red glow takes 29" plus to be seen.
