Best Endorphin Speed series since the 2. Somehow the 3 and 4 didn’t hit right, but these are on-point. The uppers are very light and breathable, roomy toe box and great cushion/return balance from the foam. I found myself reaching for these by default after 12 runs or so, on short days or longer days.

The Endorphin series is the best running shoe I've had as an older adult. Great support, with a pillowy soft landing, though light weight. I'm in my 80s, but still do a routine run on a track surface only. This is my second pair, and I will continue to buy them in the future. I hope the series remains consistent over the years to come; they're great!
