It had some sort of glue around the outside of the collar. Maybe seam glue. And it had marks on front like pen marking. The item on front was sewn on crooked. Also note, if you want to return it, Walmart tells you to contact the seller even though you bought it from Walmart. You follow their directions and immediately get a response saying the email address is no reply only. Walmart needs to update what they are telling customers. Then you finally get somewhere just for them to tell you they can't help. $60 for a sweatshirt I will never wear. If I knew I would have to go through all this, I would have never purchased it from Walmart.
