Great.
I’m at an age where I need to take supplements. This are very convenient because instead having separate bottles you get all that’s needed in one pouch. I do have to say I have a hard time taking the big ones. I have to take them like 2-3 mins apart each. I’m the end, the result is that is great. Makes me feels good. Box comes with 30 packets. 9 capsules in each pack.

Good vitamin pack
These are great woman’s vitamins if you have no issues swallowing pills. I do have issues with the larger ones so I take those last or not at all. I certainly feel better when I take them. They are a bit pricey but you are getting a lot for the money. They are convenient to travel with and easy to remember to take since I date each pack.
