Pompeii 2ct Circle Eternity 14K Yellow Gold Diamond Pendant (G/H,I2)

Two days after Christmas I discovered I had lost my diamond eternity pendant which I had purchased 11 years ago from another vendor. It was 1.5 carats TDW and it was a piece I wore most days. Being without it was like being without an old friend. I ordered this pendant, which at 2 full carats and better diamond quality was surprisingly almost the same cost of my prior pendant from a decade earlier. My only issue was that all Pompeii's items are custom-made, a fact of which I was unaware at the time I placed the order. For this reason it was almost three weeks before I received my item. I have to say it is more beautiful than the old friend it is replacing, but it was very frustrating to keep checking the website day and day after day with no change in order status. A couple of times I reached out to customer service through online chat and got some updates. This helped, but I have to say the experience of making this purchase has been somewhat tainted by this delivery issue. My advise is this is a great vendor and their products are amazing for very reasonable prices. But if you are in a hurry to get your purchase, forget it.
