Horrible Instructions-not sure if's worth the buy

I was so excited to get this and start using my video camera again. After receiving the cord and opening it, I must say the power box and the power cord that attaches to it is very flimsy. and the instructions suck big time, are so are to really understand and has no pictures. Also it doesnt stay a green light like it was charging and would go quite often. Now it is blinking green but I dont know if charging. And since the directions say nothing about what it is supposed to look like when its charging and charged. And now its a solid orange light, so I really don't know. It keeps me worrying about what it is doing. It sucks too because I waited almost a month to get this cord. I would suggest really checking into it before you buy it.
